Agreement to terms

By accessing or using The Flowmatic websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@theflowmatic.co of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except as permitted by law
• Use automated means to scrape or access the Services without permission
• Abuse AI features to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Services to you — including sync, backup, and AI features you enable.

Intellectual property

The Flowmatic name, logos, app designs, and underlying technology are owned by The Flowmatic or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials except as needed to use the Services.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the app store or payment provider policies applicable to your purchase.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Flowmatic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice where required. You may delete your account at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Flowmatic is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
